Talent Acquisition is a practical approach to assisting you with the necessary resources for managing the hiring process. Your critical gap might be limited to a front end needs assessment and workforce strategy, to applicant skill assessment and testing or effective interviewing as part of the screening process. In other cases, you might need assistance with all of the stages and with development of an on-boarding process to include a customized employee orientation. Talent Acquisition services are offered through Pinnacle Consulting, LLC, a well established Human Resource Management consulting firm located in central Pennsylvania. The firm is not a recruiting or staffing agency, nor does it compete with these traditional providers. Our services are used to augment existing resources and align all efforts to achieving optimal results.
Our staff can work in concert with existing service providers, such as staffing agencies, occupational health providers, recruiters, corporate HR staff or use existing testing and assessment tools to improve their effectiveness. However, in many cases, clients will enjoy additional savings and results when using providers that we have already certified as preferred providers and frequently use.
