Regional Compensation & Benefit Survey (Central PA Employers)

Once again, as an important employer in the Susquehanna Valley, we ask for your participation in the 15th Annual Regional Salary Survey. You and your peers have supported the region's only 'all-industry' compensation survey for over thirteen years.
Pinnacle Consulting, LLC is again conducting this survey under the guidance of HR Executives from Bucknell University, Lycoming College, Pennsylvania College of Technology, Geisinger Health Systems, Susquehanna University and the Susquehanna Human Resource Management Association. Employers from an eight-county region of central PA will be invited to participate.
As you know, in today's economy, a sound compensation program is critical to the success of your organization. This survey is designed as a tool for HR practitioners working with compensation for large and small employers alike. Previous participant feedback has indicated that despite the existence of industry specific data, this survey provides insight unique to our region.
It is also important to note that all costs associated with this survey have been underwritten by the guiding organizations previously mentioned and all employers are encouraged to participate regardless of the size or industry type.
We will ensure the confidentiality of your responses. If you prefer, your organization may remain anonymous by checking the appropriate block on the participant profile page.
Please return the completed forms by March 5, 2010. The results will be provided to you free of charge by April 5, 2010.
