Fall 2009 NCPA Regional Benefit Survey

Dear Colleague,
We have been asked by First Quality Products to conduct a comprehensive Regional Benefit Survey of about 40 manufacturers located in the central and northcentral region.
In part due to the increasing pressures of the current economic times, many companies, including First Quality Products, have asked their HR professionals to take a fresh look at their benefit plans and costs. I am writing you to ask and encourage you to participate in this effort. The goal of the survey would be to provide meaningful, manufacturing specific data to help benchmark your benefit program and support better decision making during these challenging times.
First Quality is sponsoring this survey and paying all costs associated with the survey process. In exchange for your participation, you will be provided a confidential summary of the data as soon as it is complete. By using Pinnacle as a third party provider, the confidentiality of your responses will be assured.
A paper copy of the survey is enclosed. You may obtain an electronic version of the survey, by visiting Pinnacle’s website at www.pinnacle-hr.com to download the survey files or email a request to info@pinnacle-hr.com. Please return the completed forms by November 16, 2009. The results will be provided to you free of charge by December 4, 2009.
